This Privacy Policy explains how LlamaNATI ("the Bot") collects, uses, and protects your data when you interact with it in any Discord server. By using the Bot, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Data We Collect To function properly, LlamaNATI temporarily or permanently stores specific data provided by Discord's API:

User Data: Your Discord User ID and Username. Server Data: Guild (Server) IDs, Channel IDs, and Role IDs used for configuration. Message Content: The text, images, or files you send only when you explicitly use a Slash Command (e.g., /help) or ping the bot directly (e.g., @LlamaNATI).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data strictly for the operation and moderation of the Bot: Providing Features: Generating AI responses and managing server utilities. Moderation & Safety: Logging specific bot interactions (such as AI reports) and sending them to the Main Discord Server for administrative review to ensure safety and improve bot behavior.

3. Third-Party Services (Gemini AI)

Some of LlamaNATI's features are powered by Gemini AI. When you interact with the bot's AI features, your prompts, messages, and uploaded images are processed through Google's API. We do not control how Google processes this data on their end. For more information on how the AI handles your data, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Logs: Ticket logs and reported AI interactions are stored within designated private Discord channels in the host server or our Main Discord Server. We do not maintain an external database of your personal conversation history outside of what is required to keep the bot functioning and safe.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

LlamaNATI is designed to be teasing and occasionally rude. We are not liable for any harm, offense, or damages caused by the AI's generated responses or by your own actions based on those responses. Not everything the AI says is factual or real; do NOT take its advice (especially medical or legal) as truth. If you have concerns regarding the underlying AI technology, please contact Google.

6. Contact and Data Deletion

If you wish to have your data or specific logs removed from our systems, please contact the administrative team in the Main LlamaNATI Discord Server.
