Our mail-in diagnostic service allows you to send your phone to us for a professional inspection and repair estimate.

How It Works

  1. Purchase this diagnostic service

  2. Ship your device to us (instructions provided after checkout)

  3. We inspect and diagnose the issue

  4. You receive a repair quote

  5. If you approve the repair, the $25 diagnostic fee is fully credited toward the final repair cost

  6. If declined, the device is returned (return shipping applies)

Important Requirements (Please Read)

  • Device must have Find My iPhone / Google Lock disabled

  • Remove SIM card before shipping

  • Back up your data — we are not responsible for data loss

  • Devices received locked cannot be serviced


Shipping Information

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the device to us

  • Devices must be securely packaged

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer if repair is declined

  • Tracked shipping is strongly recommended


Warranty

  • Repairs include a 14–30 day warranty on replaced parts (varies by repair)

  • Warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage
